  • Order/preview proof process planning (even if you skip proof, do a digital preview).
  • Create launch team email #1 (welcome + portal link).
Wed Feb 04
  • Generate 10 images using prompts (or ask a designer).
  • Create the FB group (optional) + pin portal link.
  • Recruit 30 launch team members via personal DMs.
Thu Feb 05
  • Collect 5–10 beta reader replies (screenshots).
  • Refine the book description using the strongest pain lines.
  • Prepare your “launch day” short video (30–45 sec).
Fri Feb 06
  • Publish ‘reader lead magnet’ (workbook) page if you want email list growth.
  • Write email #2 (the lie: disqualified) + soft share request.
  • Confirm KDP status; fix any issues immediately.
Sat Feb 07
  • Finalize Amazon links (once live). Replace placeholders in config.
  • Schedule 3 launch posts (personal + book promise).
  • Send launch team reminder: pick ONE post and be ready.
Sun Feb 08
  • Record 2–3 additional Shorts/Reels (identity, permission, not late).
  • Reach out to pastors/leaders you know (private, not spam).
  • Confirm price + launch bonus window.
Mon Feb 09
  • Soft launch: tell launch team the exact launch date/time.
  • Send email #3: ‘God is patient, you are not late.’
  • Make sure the Kindle and paperback both show correctly.

  • Check Amazon detail page for errors; fix formatting, categories, pricing.

  • Launch Team: send ‘tomorrow/2-day’ reminder + review instructions.
  • Prepare 3 screenshots/testimonials to post during launch week.

  • LAUNCH DAY: post your personal story + direct link.
  • Launch Team shares 1 post or 3 DMs.
  • Reply to every comment and DM. Screenshot impact.

  • Ask for reviews again (kind, short).
  • Post 1 proof screenshot + 1 quote graphic.
  • Email #4: ‘If this helped, share it.’

  • Round up reviews + thanks.
